Exercise Science and Nutrition
Emily is a competent exercise physiologist and nutrition expert. She obtained her Bachelors in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Washington State University and has been in practice for many years.
Emily uses her education and skills as a health and wellness coach who is extremely passionate about helping you feel your best through simple and effective healthy living practices.
Exercise specialties includes: corrective exercise, mobility training, high intensity interval training, and strength/conditioning.
Nutrition specialties includes enabling you to finally have a HEALTHY relationship with food! She also specialized in nutrition and lifestyle for chronic disease prevention (particularly cardiovascular and metabolic issues such as high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and weight management).
Emily believes nutrition changes should ALWAYS be simple and manageable!
She lives and trains in Port Orchard, but also has online training options for those with tight schedules, or who are stuck at home.
